To determine if a product is microwave safe, please examine the bottom of your dinnerware. It will state on the bottom of the ware if it is dishwasher and microwave safe. If it does not state dishwasher or microwave safe on the bottom, it is not safe for the dishwasher or microwave.

Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty on our products, which begins from the time you receive the items. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials that may arise during normal domestic use. However, it's important to note that damages resulting from foreseeable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or commercial use are not covered by the warranty. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible service, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Payments & Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you with the cancellation process. However, please note that once the order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to cancel it.

If you are placing your order online, the two forms of payment we accept are PayPal and credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Union Pay.

We recommend verifying that all credit card fields are populated accurately prior to submitting your order. If you continue to experience difficulties placing your order please send us an email and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Yes, our store currency is set in USD. However, when you proceed to checkout and enter your payment details, you will be charged in your local currency. Our payment gateway automatically converts the amount to your currency based on the current exchange rate. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees, so the final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price on our website.

All products sold on MALACASA official website come with free shipping.

We can deliver our products to the following countries: United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, and Italy.

If you have listed an incorrect shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address for you. However, please note that once the order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to change the shipping address.

The delivery time of your order will depend on your location. For US customers, it typically takes 5-8 business days, for Germany customers it takes 2-4 business days, for UK customers it takes 1-3 business days, and for other countries in Europe, it can take 2-8 business days. Additionally, the warehouse requires 1-2 business days to process the order before it is shipped.

To track your orders, click on the "Track Order" link at the bottom of our website. If your items have shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Enter your tracking number to see where your package is and when it's estimated to be delivered.

MALACASA will cover the return shipping costs in the event that a product arrives broken, damaged, defective, or is not the product that was ordered. If the product is no longer needed or desired, or if the wrong product was ordered, you will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping costs.

You need to contact us within 30 days after receiving the product to initiate the return process.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.
