Please note that PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible for shipping via any method.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our factory requires an additional 1–2 business days for handling. If you have special circumstances or requests, please leave a message in the designated field when adding items to your cart.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the UK, and selected European countries. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, based on proximity to your delivery address.
Delivery Timelines
All orders enjoy free shipping. The estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:

Package Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available. Updates may occasionally be delayed while the parcel is in transit.

Shipping Address Modification
The ability to change your shipping address depends on the order’s shipping status:
If a Tracking Number Has Been Issued:
Unfortunately, address changes are not possible once a tracking number has been assigned due to carrier restrictions.
For U.S. Customers: Deliveries are handled by UPS or FedEx. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. You may try contacting the carrier directly:
- UPS: Use your UPS My Choice account or call 1-800-742-5877.
- FedEx: Use the FedEx Delivery Manager or call 1-800-463-3339.
For European Customers: Deliveries are carried out by DPD or DHL. You may request an address change via your account, hotline, or through email notifications with a modification link, depending on the parcel’s status.
For UK Customers: Deliveries are handled by Evri, Yodel, DPD UK, or Royal Mail. Limited redirection options may be available via each courier’s website or app. Royal Mail does not support address changes once dispatched.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@malacasa.com with your order details. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not been dispatched.
Address Accuracy Advisory:
Please carefully review your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays or undeliverable packages, for which MALACASA cannot be held responsible. Contact our customer service promptly if you notice any errors after placing your order.
Taxes and Duties
For U.S. Customers: Prices displayed for the U.S. market do not include taxes. Estimated taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The final total will be confirmed via email or text message after purchase.
For Customers in the UK and Europe: Prices shown include all applicable taxes and import duties. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery — there are no hidden costs.
