EU Consumers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request via the form on our [Right of Withdrawal] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs:

  • Quality issues / Our error (e.g. defective, incorrect items): We will cover all return shipping costs in full.
  • Non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind, ordered the wrong item): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Rates apply as follows:
    • Germany: €5 per package
    • Other EU countries: €10–€15 per package (varies by country)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
